They say a picture's worth a thousand words, but a photo can't capture the feeling of experiencing the view from the great room...it's captivating! Plenty of room for multiple cooks with the 10' island and L-shaped counter. Twinkle lights come on inside the fireplace every evening around six, Play WVBI, Beaver Island's own radio station, on the smart speaker. Both bathrooms have tub and shower. The primary bedroom has a second vanity and dressing room area. There are three steps into the home and no steps coming from the driveway to the door.
Lower Level
Basements can get a bad rap, but we've heard the lower level at Play Outside is a pretty cool place to hang out! There are glow-in-the-dark stars on the bedroom ceiling, the closet is painted in rainbow stripes and theres a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan! The family room has twinkle lights, a big selection of board games and a cheerful decor that just keeps evolving. The Laundry Room (available in 2023) has plenty of room to store your suitcases and a front loading HE washer and dryer.
