Payment Details
A deposit of 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning fee is required at time of Reservation. The Vacation Rental Agreement will be emailed and reservation will be held as pending for seven (7) business days. Reservation
will be confirmed when deposit and signed agreement has been received. Pay by check or credit card.
Credit Card Payments: Add $20 (per night) Credit Card Surcharge to the rental rate. Pay by check for no additional cost. Contact us to make a credit card payment by phone.
Final Payment of 50% balance, MI tax and security deposit due 30 days prior to check-in date. The security deposit will be returned by mail, according to Rental Agreement, after checkout and housekeeping inspection.

Reserve for Next Year
Reserve for 2025 - one year prior to chosen dates.
Make your reservation for the following year. Make three payments: A deposit of 25% of the rental rate and 50% of the cleaning fee at the time of booking, second payment of 25% of rental rate and 50% of the cleaning fee due on January 15th. The balance, MI tax + security deposit paid 30 days prior to check-in date.
